Are you currently shipping outside the US?

We are currently shipping to Canada internationally. Worldwide shipping is coming soon inshallah!

Are you shipping during COVID-19?

We ship out every business day, Monday -Friday! As long as shipping carrier are operating, we are here to serve our customers! The Online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How long does Shipping take? 

We take pride in our fast deliveries. After your order is placed, we ship out next business day. We use USPS priority 2 day shipping if the item is over 1 pound (which generally is majority of our packages). Due to covid, some packages may take longer than 2 days shipping. Please understand this is out of our control (applies to U.S orders only).

Do you sell products in store?

Yes! We are fully operating at our physical location in Orlando, Florida!

What is your Refund Policy?

You have 30 days to refund or exchange your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

What about sale items?

ALL sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned unless damaged. Exchanges will be granted if a clothing item needs to be exchanged for a different size. 

What if my product is damaged or stops working?

At Muslim Memories, we insure that we sell the top of the line, quality products! However, just like any other business, there is always a small chance of defective items. 

We want to promise you that we will refund you your money or exchange the item for a brand new one, free of cost.

This will need to be done within 45 days after purchase. After 45 days have passed, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

What if my tracking says my package was delivered but I never received my item?

It happens unfortunately. Shipping carriers deliver thousands of packages daily and can mistakenly send your item to the wrong house.  If this is the case, we will do our best to track down your package and get it to you. If we still can’t find it, we will replace the item for you and send you another one!

Please note, it is your job to let us know within 10 days of your delivery email that you did not receive your package. Whenever an item is delivered to you, we send out an email that day letting you know your package has been delivered! BUT, you still need to let us know, otherwise we think your child is happily playing with his or her new toy :)
