How will FREE shipping be automatically applied to my orders?
Once you purchase shipping, you don’t have to do anything else! That’s the best part!
Simply login to your Muslim Memories account and make your purchase! The program will automatically know it’s you because you will be logged into your account.
Can I ship anywhere? What if I want to ship a Ramadan or Eid gift to a family or friend?
The answer is simple. YES! Any order in the United States is applicable. Want to send a gift to your niece? It’s free shipping! Want to ship to a cousin’s daughters moms grandmother? GO for it! It’s FREE shipping!
Why would I purchase the membership when you have free shipping over $150?
The membership program is meant to help those customers who have a hard time reaching $150 or - simply put - don’t want to spend $150 in one go! The program is also meant to make it easier for those who make multiple smaller purchases, without the hassle of paying for shipping each time!
Is there a minimum I have to order?
The minimum that must be ordered in each order is $20.
Is this membership really worth it?
I’ll be completely honest. More than half my team was against the idea of the membership because they are scared we may end up taking a loss with the program.
So many factors go into something like this that I knew I was taking a bit of a gamble. BUT, I felt like I owed it to you guys to try it because of my multiple launch dates.
If you place even 6 orders (that’s only 1 order every month!) you have already saved on your shipping cost.
What if I don’t like a product and want to return it after I receive it. Will I have to pay shipping?
Just like all other orders places with Muslim Memories, you have 30 days to return an unused item in original packaging. You are more than welcome to choose the cheapest shipping method back to us.
Are there any products excluded in my free shipping membership?
Out of the thousands of items we carry, the ONLY items excluded are the Aamina Dolls, Yousuf Dolls, and our Ramadan/Eid Bundle boxes (to be launched).
