When we are happy, we whisper thanks; when we are sad, we express hope; when we are afraid, we ask for protection; and even when we desire success or need something, it is enough for us to raise our hands and say: O Lord.

أدعو ربي
أحِبَّتِي الصِّغَارُ،
هَلْ تَعْرِفُونَ أَنَّ الدُّعَاءَ يُجْعِلُ قُلُوبَنَا تَلْمَعُ كَالنُّجُومِ، وَتَقْتَرِبُ مِنَ اللهِ فِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ؟
عِنْدَمَا نَفْرَحُ نَهْمِسُ بِالشُّكْرِ، وَعِنْدَمَا نَحْزَنُ نَبُوحُ بِالرَّجَاءِ، وَعِنْدَمَا نَخَافُ نَطْلُبُ الْحِمَايَةَ، وَحَتَّى حِينَ نَرْغَبُ فِي النَّجَاحِ أَوْ نَحْتَاجُ شَيْئًا، يَكْفِينَا أَنْ نَرْفَعَ أَيْدِيَنَا وَنَقُولَ: يَا رَبِّ.
فِي هَذَا الْكِتَابِ سَتَجِدُونَ أَدْعِيَةً جَمِيلَةً مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ، وَمَعَهَا أمثلة لِلْأَوْقَاتِ وَالْمَوَاقِفِ الَّتِي يُمْكِنُ أَنْ يُقَالَ فِيهَا كُلُّ دُعَاءٍ.
تَذَكَّرُوا دَائِمًا: الدُّعَاءُ سِرُّ السَّكِينَةِ وَمِفْتَاحُ السَّعَادَةِ، وَاللهُ يَسْمَعُكُمْ فِي كُلِّ لَحْظَةٍ، وَيُحِبُّ أَصْوَاتَكُمُ الصَّادِقَةَ.
يُعَدُّ هَذَا الْكِتَابُ بِمَثَابَةِ رَفِيقٍ صَغِيرٍ، يَتَضَمَّنُ أَدْعِيَةً مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ، بِلُغَةٍ دَافِئَةٍ بَسِيطَةٍ، تُسَاعِدُ الطِّفْلَ أَنْ يَلْجَأَ إِلَى اللهِ تَعَالَى فِي خَوْفِهِ وَفَرَحِهِ وَطَلَبِهِ لِلتَّوْفِيقِ.
إِنَّهُ دَلِيلٌ صَغِيرٌ يُسَاعِدُ الأَطْفَالَ عَلَى حِفْظِ الأَدْعِيَةِ وَفَهْمِ مَعَانِيهَا الْقَرِيبَةِ مِنْ حَيَاتِهِمُ الْيَوْمِيَّةِ.
